A 4th generation Hamiltonian, Marci wanted to give back to her community; staying right here to serve her neighbours delicious healthy baking. Marci owned a previous bakery in Hamilton, fondly known as 'Marci's Muffins'. After the unexpected loss of a child, she closed the biz. She restructured and re-opened in 2012, making gluten free, vegan, nut free baking mixes for wholesale.

The Goodness Me Natural Food Market chain became her 1st customer within weeks of Marci launching! After several demos offering the cookies, muffins & brownies that the mixes made, people said: we want the option to purchase the baking, as well. Now Marci's Bakery distributes her healthy delicious baking & mixes to 70+ stores, hospitals & caterers in Ontario.

Who doesn’t love the warm, wonderful experience of noshing on a homemade baked good, especially after a long work day or when kicking back on the weekends?
