Cake: Vanilla Thrilla



It's a sweet 'n' simple vanilla cake for any occasion! 

This delicious cake feeds four to eight dessert-ready guests!  Satisfy more sweet-teeth, we suggest you browse our Choc-A-Holic cake or our cupcakes :)  If just a few in your group require an allergen-free cake, this is the perfect accompaniment to larger "mainstream" cakes from other bakeries!

Our cakes are delivered with icing on them in the Hamilton area. When you check out, please use the "add a note to your order" at the bottom of your cart to include instructions for what you would like written on the cake or how you would like it decorated. We will confirm your order to make sure.

In outlying areas we will send your cake and our homemade, allergen-free icing in a separate container, as cakes with icing on them don't ship well ;)

(As always, our cakes are vegan, nut-free, gluten-free, wheat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, sesame-free, mustard-free, and seafood/crustacean free.)


Cake ingredients: Organic cane juice (dehydrated), water, brown rice flour, extra virgin olive oil, white rice flour, tapioca flour, white vinegar, gluten-free baking powder, sea salt

Icing ingredients: Icing sugar, vegan margarine (canola and sunflower oils- 74%, water, modified palm and palm kernel oils- 6%, salt, natural flavours, lactic
acid, Vitamin A palmitate, Vitamin D2, Natural Colour, Soy Lecithin, Calcium Disodium edta), vegan shortening (soybean oil, hydrogenated palm oil, modified palm oil, mono and diglycerides, tbhq, citric acid), pure vanilla extract
