Ingredients

  • 1 package Marci's Bakery Ohh-Riginal Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350F / 175C
  2. Mix the coconut sugar and water in a medium bowl
  3. Add the package of Marci's Bakery Ohh-Riginal Cookie Mix
  4. Add the pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, cinnamon, and cloves
  5. Stir everything together
  6. Scoop 24-30 cookies onto 2 parchment lined baking sheets, flatten
  7. Bake in your preheated oven for 10 minutes
  8. Cool for 15 minutes and you have a harvest festival of cookies
